Marc M. Cohen has dedicated his legal career to the practice of family law in South Florida. With over 25 years of legal experience and more than two decades as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, Marc brings a rare combination of courtroom skill and mediation expertise to every case.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, Marc has guided hundreds of families through divorce, custody disputes, alimony negotiations, and other complex family law matters. His dual background in law and business - with a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from St. John's University - gives him a distinct advantage in cases involving complex financial issues, equitable distribution, and business valuations.
Marc's approach is grounded in the belief that family law should not be about winning and losing, but about finding fair, workable solutions that allow families to move forward. While he is a skilled litigator prepared to fight vigorously in court when necessary, he understands that many families are better served through negotiation and mediation - approaches that reduce conflict, save time and money, and protect children from the emotional toll of prolonged litigation.
As a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and a Legal Aid Family Approved Lawyer for over 15 years, Marc has maintained a deep commitment to the community and to making quality legal representation accessible to families across all economic backgrounds.
